Open Question: Why do I get severly nauseated when anything moves through my colon? Why does fiber make my constipation worse?

I need to cleanse my colon of toxins, sludge, parasites, candida, and impacted fecal matter, but I've tried 3 highly recommended colon cleaners, colonics, lotsa water, probiotics, flaxseeds,etc. and it all got stuck in there! I've even had rectal bleeding and sharp pains like cut glass inside, but since my 10 years aren't up for a colonoscopy, doctors won't give me one. I even felt poop stuck in my back and under my ribs so they got inflamed! How can I get the stuck stuff out and the daily stuff flowing through normally? Fiber just blocks me up. And I also switch to diahhrea instead sometimes. And I'm always full of lots of gas---always. Colonics, enemas, even any bowel movements make me extremely nauseated. I know I also have leaky gut, IBS, a "redundunt bowel", and i had colitis once.I realize death begins in the colon, so where do I start to fix mine up? For instance, if I kill the candida before I heal my leaky gut, it will get into my bloodstream and make me worse, but I can't fix a leaky gut without killing the tendrills from the candida that are causing it. So, which do I do first? Also, accidophilus seems to make my thrush and vaginal yeast infection worse! What's going on? I've had candida for 40 years! Nystatin also made it worse. It's like I'm so toxic that everything works the opposite of how it normally would. Even tons of vitamins make me so sick I just burp them up. A green drink puts me in bed for days. What do I do?
