I am on a very strict allergy cleanse/candida diet and want to make vanilla extract. I can't use any form of alcohol, glycerin, or any sugary substance. I'm not opposed to the concoction sitting in the fridge if it needs to keep there. Thanks for the help!

*stevia or Truvia, etc.
*any nut milks
*unprocessed vanilla beans

Well basically over the past year or so I've been suffering with bad breath, i use a tongue scraper, gargle salt water, brush & floss then rinse with a non - alcoholic mouthwash after every meal ( i know this sounds quite alot but its the only way i feel and smell clean).. Then bad breath temporarily goes for about 20mins but then comes back!! i feel like the source is coming from my tongue as i have like a fury texture & at the back of my tongue there are lots of nucks and crannies were i think the food settles in and the bacteria grows, im not too sure but ive been to the doctors and dentist and they both say nothing is wrong and this is after fully cleansing my mouth but i know that there defiantly is something wrong because this is not normal, i constantly have bad breath! :( this isn't me over exaggerating either because i notice that people are finding it difficult to be around me, this is really depressing me and making me feel almost suicidal i am in my late teens and all my friends are going out clubbing and alcohol just makes my breath even worse! .. ive tried gum and that doesn't help, can anyone please help diagnose my problem or any helpful advice.
I don't have post-nasal drip, geographic tongue or thrush because my tongues not soar. The only thing i think it could possibly be is a yeast infection , overgrowth of candida ablicans that starts in the intestine or gutt, what do you think?

I was wondering how to do a full body cleanse. I bought some Oxy Powder for my colon; a dry skin brush and some Aztec clay and apple cider vinegar for a full body clay mask for my skin; and some detox foot pads to wear at night. I'm going to eat only fruit and veggies for about 2 weeks and than 2 weeks on juice followed by 1 week of pure water. What other products should I use to cleanse?
But what about cleansing for other things such as my kidneys, liver/gallbladder, and for candida, and parasites? Should I do this during my fasting/ colon detox or wait a few weeks in between. And what products to use?

I'm exercising doing Insanity workouts, & eating healthy, more fruits & vegetables as well as taking greens powder and a good natural multivitamin daily, I'm also taking psyllium husks, & aloe vera, to clean my colon. (for about a week) How long will it take to detox, or be toxin free, I'm 25 and have had Candida for a few years. I'm also starting a candida diet (again) & natural anti candida remedies: coconut oil, garlic, oregon oil, etc.
(I sweat a lot when I workout & drink plenty of water)

I did a Candida diet and cleanse about 1 1/2 Years ago and since then I've had a yellow ring around my mouth! I have done subsequent detox and cleanses. I eat very clean and drink lots of water. I have also had been tested for thyroid and others all is good. I can't even cover it with make up. I am planning to visit a dermatologist. Any help would be appreciated!
