Plus now I crave sugars and carbs like never before and I have gained a little belly weight (just some flab) so maybe reduced metabolism.. So I decided to take antifungals and the ingredients seemed good to me, I know caprylic acid and pau d'arco are great for this, as well as Grapefruit Seed Extract and Garlic. But I did not know that 60 mg of tea tree oil is dangerous -- I didn't even know it was dangerous at all to be ingested. Yesterday after about 2 days of the supplements, I was very tired and not hungry much at all. I could barely tolerate the Florida heat. I had ZERO energy and I was dizzy and walking was just tiring me out (a bit of labored breathing on the walk home-- and I'm 5'6 and 130 lbs - not fat). I had a headache and nausea and I haven't really had much of an appetite since yesterday, but I forced myself to eat some. Am I alright? I should certainly stop taking these. Ask for a refund? Get something else to help candida albicans? What works for you? Will I be alright after this reaction and these pills or have I ruined my liver? September 12th, 2010 Yahoo! Answers: Search for i am only 20 and have finally diagnosed myself with Moderate Candida. Btw screw doctors they don't know anything about candida(some do but don't think anything serious of it) and all my tests came back "normal".So i was on my own. i have numerous symptoms but the ones that took me on my long research to find out what was wrong with me was my abdominal pain,fatigue, and premature fine lines and extremely puffy eyes in the morning. i know they are not smile lines bcuz one side is worse and has different and more lines then the other. i am on my 2nd week of cleansing started antifungals (garlic in my food) i have noticed them getting better. they are not as bold, and i no longer wake up with "swollen" puffy eyes. (or not as bad, more normal). i just find myself depressed, that only 2years ago my skin was perfect! i no longer want to go out with my friends as much. its horrible. Not to mention my 21st is next month. Great time for me to be cutting out alcohol. and i just want to know if someone else has been through this, and that they will go away if i stick to my candida diet.
