Open Question: Just wanted to know if anyone knew much about the HCG diet?

January 8th, 2010 Yahoo! Answers: Search for I want to start the HCG diet and I've been doing my research on it, just wanted to know if anyone knows of good detox and candida cleansing? Also I wanted to know about when I get my menstrual cycle I know I'm not suppose to take the shots, and still do the 500 cal, so do I have to still finish all 43 shot days? For example if I get my menstrual at day 10 and it last for like 7 days, does that mean after I finish my 7 days I still have 33 days remaining for phase 2? Someone please help, I don't want to go thru a Dr, because they charge too much.

Resolved Question: I’ve been really good on carbs today but now I am having cravings…is this normal?

January 1st, 2010 Yahoo! Answers: Search for I've been trying to cut out sugar carbs. I had some yogurt and some milk, some granola and strawberries and that's it for sugar today. Now I'm hurting wanting sugary stuff. I just did a Candida cleanse which was great for my sugar cravings, this feels different. Will this pass as I go longer with fewer sugar carbs in my diet?
