Hi, I am aware I have a candida overgrowth inside. Which isn't pleasent to think about! I have also been diagnosed with Oral thrush, meaning further evidence to a candida overgrowth.
I am planning on going on a candida cleanse, in order to try and get rid of this overgrowth. I know I am not allowed any sugars, including fruit, no alcohol, yeast based food/drinks or dairy products.
Am I allowed Soya milk?
What about rice and rice crispies?
What I am really looking for is some suggested meals?
Any help would be great thanks!

I've been doing a candida cleanse for just over 2 weeks now. Before I started it I had treated myself for what seemed liked the umpteenth yeast infection. I haven't completely changed my diet, way too hard, but now I'm noticing a stronger then usual vaginal odor is that normal while doing a cleanse? It's not a horrible smell just my regular smell times 10:(
Do I have to treat the bacterial imbalance or will that go away after time on the cleanse?

I can have ANY sugar or MSG...
what kinds of spices dont have any sugar or msg in them?
& does anyone know of any good recipes for people who are on this cleanse, thanks!?

I just received mine in the mail today and this particular one has capsules and drops you are supposed to take ..I am curious how I am supposed to take the drops - on/under my tongue, dilute them in water, or what ?

Part of the cleanse is psyllium before bed. I am thinking to reduce the amount ( 1 tsp ) I take. I drink about 10 glasses of water a day and have been following the diet fully. tried using a herbal lax didn't work. If this goes on I will have to go off the program or take exlax. I don't want to do that. HELP
