I am on the candida diet and I know that this is not a life-long diet, but don't know what to do after the 3 months of cleansing. What foods might be acceptable to eat then?

I've been tired and also have brain fog, i've narrowed it down to a couple possibilities; adrenal fatigue, lyme disease, or candida, anyway i'm going to try a candida cleanse and something for adrenal fatigue my infectious disease doctor is working on the lyme, please help thank you
