I'm starting on a Candida Cleanse tommorrow and I want to make sure I take my supplements in the right order. I'm hypoglycemic and was encouraged to take Blue Green Algae to help with my blood sugar during the cleanse.
The bottle says take it on an empty stomach in the morning. However, I'm also supposed to take my psylium husk powder mixed with caprylic solution 1/2 hour before breakfast on an empty stomach.
Would taking it all at the same time defeat the purpose of the Blue Green Algae supplements? (They're VERY expensive!! plus I want them to work!!) When should I take the Blue Green Algae for maximum effectiveness?
Thanks!!!
I'm not looking to change from the Blue Green Algae - I just need to know when to take it. Thx.

I'm nineteen years old with quite healthy eating and exercise habits, but I keep hearing that everybody should do these Candida cleanses every so often. But I'm not sure where Candida comes from, or why it is bad for me, or how to tell if it is affecting me or not, or how to cleanse it if it is.
Please help! Thank you in advance! :)

Has anyone out there had hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and/or bad toenail fungus and after doing a Candida cleanse was cured of either? I will be starting on a cleanse this week and am curious whether that could cure it (of course, also eating properly after the cleanse is over)
Thanks!!
Hi Can,
I can't figure out how to respond to posts correctly on this site, so I will do so under details. Actually, one of my friends has taken some nutrition and health courses and by talking with her as well as taking some test (ie. multiple choice type of quizes) and just knowing all my symptoms makes me believe I have candida. I've been hypoglycemic for as long as I can remember and have constant carb/sugar cravings. The nail fungus has also been there as long as I can remember. I plan to start on a strict candida cleanse in a few days and hoping it will help make the hypoglycemia symptoms less severe. As well as the diet, I'm going to apply topical oregeno treatment on my toes and do a foot soak daily with Calendula Flowers. I HOPE this works!! I'd love to be able to wear open-toe sandals for once in my life!! What is diflucan? A prescription medication? I hope it works for you!

I did a spit test for Candida, and my spit sunk to the bottom in a cloudy fog (tested positive). I have been on a lot of antibiotics in the past two years because of my frequent sinus infections. I know colon cleanse systems advertise curing Candida. Does anyone know if its a real infection or if a colon cleanse is a real solution? Should I go to a doctor?
some symptoms I have: acne, irritability, constipation, low sex drive, only one bowel a week, fatigue, bloated stomach, sore throat, and swollen sinuses
