I am thinking of getting rid of candidas with lemonade diet. Have anybody come across this method? How effective it is? I just read about this article on this topic

I have not tried lemonade diet before but heard from my friend that it is good for body cleansing as it will purge the toxins in our body. I have seen her doing this and it was quite successful for weightloss. She told me it is good for our body too. At the same time, i want to slim down.

I have been dealing with yeast overgrowth since i had my daughter in 2006. I am getting tired and frustrated with the treatments that my doctors are giving me. Does anyone have any recommendations of treatments that stops it for good.

I have symptoms of candida overgrowth (NOT a yeast infection, but feelings of bloating and extreme fatigue after eating). I know one way is to stop eating refined sugars and carbs, but I am looking into these candida cleanses that is supposed to help kill of the yeast in conjunction with the diet the tell you to follow. I'll probably do the cleanse and the diet, but is there anything I need to take in conjunction with it to make it more effective? Or do I take things after (I know of acidophilus) to keep it "at bay"? I've been looking at a lot of supplements, it's just hard trying to figure out the best way to go.
ps. I'm also vegetarian - pretty much vegan, so nothing with geletin caps. :o) Thanks for your help!
