Hello,
I have had chronic constipation for 3.5 months. Flaky stools or thin little stools or none at all.
My diet is high in fiber, vegetables, fruits, water, probiotics, and so on. Still nothing.
I have had colonics, hypnosis, herbal cleanses suggested to me (herbal cleanses was by colonix -- that was recommened to me -- drnatura.com).
Anyhow, what has worked for people out there ? Any tips, or anything else ?
I have been to doctors and they say it is all in my head -- ie. they don't know -- i am worried it is candida, parasites or who knows what else.
I am quite worried about where this stuff is all going since it is not coming out.

i am suffering from alot of body pain and have countless number of visits in the ER , systoms are chronic pain fatigue, restless legs , muscle aches, through out my body joints and muscles pop snap and crackle, sharp throbbing pain through out my bodie, anxiety from all of this, most of the time my bodie has a tenderious about i cant understand , it rains i hurt if it is cold i hurt along with acheing, i dont have a medical dont nor do i have insurance, to see a doctor , and er is getting old , i have had countless blood tests with nothing postive, but not all tests have been done, alot more to go , any ideas what i should or could do at this time , im tired of feeling like this and i have tried several candida cleanses to help my bodie PLZ HELP!!! if u can any idea's would be excellent TY ....

ive been told that my body is highly acidic by sev. (medical) drs and evn homeopaths. also in large part due 2 my severe compulsive binge eating disorder, I have chronic candida albicans, a yeast overgrowth in my intestines. im not using a fast as a way 2 lose weight, but could stand 2 lose weight. Well, thats just a TINY bit of background, I don't want to bore you all to death by sounding like my grandparents ranting and raving about all of their ongoing health issues!!

I hear about the Canidida cleanse diet that it seems nobody can really stick too. Is there really a cure for this thing? I think I have it pretty bad and have since possilby childhood. I'm just looking for some honest relief if Candida is really the problem. HELP!!

I am looking for someone who knows about natural cleansing to answer this one: I tried bentonite clay today with water, it's so disgusting I don't think I can take it without fruit juice to mask the flavour of the clay. The only problem is, I have Candida (probably on my skin too), which I think is causing my terrible eczema (the eczema is really bad), I'm on a paleo/caveman diet which excludes fruit except lemons. Should I have a juice or two a day in order to use the clay or just keep to the diet by not having fruit juice (because of the high fructose levels)?
